Copero career mode: rules, attributes and seasons

A verifiable guide to Copero career mode: real ages, attributes, condition, academies, fictional clubs, events and final score.

Career structure

A run starts with player creation and three academy offers. It then follows a clear loop: event, choice, season simulation and report. The save is updated in the browser so you can continue later on the same device.

Attributes and condition

Rating is not an independent number. It is calculated from technical, physical, tactical and mentality attributes using different weights for each position. Potential limits part of development. Fitness, form, confidence and manager trust change during the career and affect availability, results and growth.

Statistics and matches

The engine calculates appearances, goals and assists from position and attacking performance. It also generates a representative season scoreline and match rating. Copero does not include a visual match simulation or a complete league calendar.

Clubs and transfers

Clubs are fictional and generated from cities and generic name elements across 17 countries. Five tiers influence pressure, strength and trophy probability. Accepting the appropriate transfer event can generate a new club suited to the player’s rating.

Retirement and legacy

At the end the game calculates a career score and title from peak rating, goals, trophies, international appearances, injuries and one-club status. The final card summarises those values and can become a shareable challenge.
