What we do, what we don't, and why.

What Copero.online is

Copero.online is an independent project that combines two things:

  • A football career simulation game that runs directly in your browser, with no downloads and no sign-up.
  • A set of guides, comparisons and articles documenting the positions, modes and mechanics actually run by the simulator.

The game engine, editorial content, guides and site design form part of the Copero.online project. Public rules are documented from the behaviour of that same engine.

What it is not

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • We are not an official version of another game called Copero: this site identifies and operates its own independent simulator.
  • We are not a wiki: we do not try to cover every club in the world or document the game exhaustively. We focus on what's most useful to new and returning players.
  • We are not a football news site: no World Cup coverage, no transfer rumours, no current affairs. There are better sites for that.
  • We are not a community and we don't run user accounts: no comments, no login, no profiles.

Clubs, leagues and trademarks

Clubs in the simulator are fictional and generated from cities and generic naming elements; official badges and squads are not used. Editorial references to third-party games, creators, clubs or competitions do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. If you are a trademark holder and want us to remove or amend a mention, write to contacto@copero.online and we will sort it out quickly.

How the project is funded

Copero.online is free for players. We cover server, domain and tooling costs through advertising served by Google AdSense and Adsterra. These ads are the project's only revenue stream.

We don't sell data, we don't take sponsorships from clubs or betting companies, and we don't show ads that promote gambling or adult content.

Technology

The site is built with Astro (static site generator), hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with source code in a private GitHub repository.
